Each year, during the annual GEA global management meeting, the winner of
the GEA Innovation Contest is selected. Each of the 9 divisions of GEA can
enter an innovative project for this contest. For the new Pharma-Division
CONSIGMA™ the new continuous high shear granulation and drying technology by
Collette, was selected to compete.
On April 5th, Wim Van der Goten,
sales director of Collette, explained the innovative nature and the many
advantages of CONSIGMA™ to the management board in Beijing, China. His
presentation impressed the jury of this prestigious contest, and CONSIGMA™ was
awarded with the first price for innovation.
