Granulation and Drying system, at the coming Interpack show in Düsseldorf,
Germany.
CONSIGMA™ is fully capable of doing particle design as well as
mimicking any traditional batch granulation process results, this with a much
higher and consistent quality, owing to its continuous production set up and
its ’risk based approach’ to GMP.
The granules have generally a better intra-granular porosity with
better compressibility characteristics. Forget about rejects in granulation or
tableting: the granules produced will make your tablet presses run more
efficiently, at maximum speed with hardly any weight adjustments required.
Optional inline measurement of Critical Quality Attributes fed
back to the control system will allow for continuous ’real time’ quality
assurance according to GAMP5.
One CONSIGMA™ can run 500g in R&D, but can also run clinical
trial, launch size, and any production size batches. There is no process
scale-up anymore as time is the only relevant factor in a continuous process.
Your development time and cost can be reduced drastically allowing you to bring
