Containment measurement of of a MODUL™ S rotary tablet press with wash-off-line exchangeable compression module (WOL-ECM) installation from GEA Courtoy

This article describes containment measuring carried out on a pharmaceutical production line built around a MODUL™ S with WOL ECM (Wash-off-Line Exchangeable Compresssion Module). Thanks to the dust-tigh set-up of the entire production line, the overall containment level achieved is truly exceptional.

The reported results are for a particular equipment installation and a particular formulation with active compound. The results should be used as a reference only, in comparison with which the containment level for other formulations can be estimated. These results do not constitute a containment level guarantee and should not be relied upon exclusively to prevent all possible illnesses, injuries or losses.
