The R253 rotary tablet press press is designed to produce large volumes of
industrial type tablets such as detergents, salt tablets etc.
The machine has a maximum fill depth of 55 mm and features the
PLC-based ITS control system.
- Single-layer and double-layer tablets of large dimensions can be pressed
with up to 200 kN compression force.
- The R253 is only available for constant thickness compression.
- Standard machine features include a high-resistance cast iron frame, a
double paddle force feeder with individual drive fro each paddle and a
nickel-coated forged steel turret
