The R1/2 is an all round 110 kN press with up to 33 mm fill.


  • The machine is available for constant thickness or constant density compression.
  • Basic machine features include a high-resistance cast iron frame with floor anchoring pads, a compression area that is separated from the mechanical machine sections and is easily accessible and a forged steel single-piece turret with nickel-coating for complete protection..
  • Optional features include adjustable top punch penetration, customized powder feeding, tablet take-off and transfer systems and die wall lubrication. The standard R1/2 is a manual machine, but it can optionally be supplied with a basic (OC3) or more advanced (ITS) control system.
  • The R1/2 is supplied with a CE certificate.
