The revolutionary new MODUL™ rotary tablet press from Courtoy has an Exchangeable Compression Module (ECM), which allows full change-over in less than 30 minutes. All product contact parts are contained in an ISOLATED DUST-TIGHT module, which is disconnected and removed from the machine in a matter of minutes. A second isolated module, cleaned and prepared off-line, can now be installed and the machine is ready to produce the next batch.

- There is no need to clean the inside of the machine. A contaminated ECM can be cleaned off-line (manually or semi-automatcially) while the MODUL™ S is in production with a second ECM. Cleaning time is NO downtime to this tablet press!
