NEW:
The Lighthouse Probe™ can now be delivered integrated with the NDC PH710 gauge to function as an Online LOD sensor.

Proven technology:
NDC Infrared Engineering has generated its proprietary measurement algorithm on the basis of research using comparisons of sensor output with reference values obtained from a variety of sources over 20 years. The key issue here is that although moisture can be measured with varying degrees of accuracy and precision by Bench-top LOD (Loss On Drying) Device, lab NIR,
Gravimetric Oven, Karl Fischer, and other methods, there is no international standard for moisture; therefore, the PH710eF has been designed to be easily adjusted or calibrated against the reference moisture determination technique used at the customer site.

Easy Calibration: no model development!
Calibration requirements are limited to the adjustment of the PH710 output using slope and intercept changes. There are no changes made to the algorithm itself, only its output. To facilitate this process, NDC sets the base slope at 1.000 and the base intercept or offset at 0.000 during manufacture. The slope value is then adjusted using the SPAN factor in the sensor, and the intercept is adjusted using the TRIM factor.
