What our customer had to say:
Our site has been using
Courtoy R190 tablet presses for a number of years and we had a very good
experience with these presses and with the support from Courtoy. For our new
facility we were looking for presses that overall could minimise the cost of
production without compromising the quality of the product.
Key parameters were speed of the presses, fast changeover time between
products and flexibility of the
press to handle various products with very
different physical
properties.
After very thorough selection process where we considered both
European presses and presses from overseas countries, we finally selected the
Modul S press from Courtoy.
The presses have now been in operation for over 3 months and during this
time a number of products have been transferred onto the presses.
Until now we have been satisfied with the performance and all technical
issues that have arisen have been resolved in a very fast and satisfactory way.
Technical Support from Courtoy has been very good and we would like to
emphasise that the process support has proven to be very valuable with
significant speed increase of production for a number of products.
