The PRECISION-COATER™ offers precise particle coating from
50-5000µ. The coating liquid is sprayed up into a fluidized bed. Advanced fluid
dynamics controls the flow, and achieves a high degree of coating uniformity.

Top-spray fluid bed coating

In the TOP SPRAY COATER™, particles to be coated are suspended
in the fluidized bed and a coating liquid is sprayed from above.

Spray congealing / cooling
Spray congealing carried out
in spray coolers is ideal for the cooling of dispersions of drugs in a melted
carrier. The hot melt is sprayed into cold process gas where it solidifies into
coarse, solid and spherical particles.

The patent protected system offers the following unique capabilities:
- Self contained “Plug and Play concept”
