The After Sales team are dedicated to providing the customer with worldwide technical assistance for any problem that may occur after the equipment had been installed, as well as the supply of spare parts. A team of highly trained engineers who can carry out on-site assistance and maintenance is also available.
Spare parts
The Buck Spare Parts Department is manned by a team of experienced people who have an excellent understanding of all equipment and customer requirements. The team has access to all historical machine records from which the required information can be retrieved. Components are delivered daily by reputable couriers throughout the world.
