At GEA Pharma Systems - Aeromatic-Fielder™, our spare parts department employs a dedicated team of experienced people who have an excellent understanding of our customers' requirements and have access to all historical machine archives via data storage systems. We:
- Stock a wide range of components
- Deliver daily via courier throughout the world
- Encourage customer participation in inventory control of process critical items
- Provide up-to-date parts lists upon request
Service
Our highly trained and motivated team of engineers provide a range of services to our customers. The selected engineers are accredited via their formal training, experience, extensive factory training covering:
- product
- maintenance
- calibration
- validation
- qualification procedures
- formal training from principle suppliers.
The services offered cover:
- annual and long term service and calibration contracts
- breakdown cover
- safety inspections
- equipment health checks
All calibration work is carried out to documented procedures and all test equipment is provided with UKAS or ISO certification.
