Exchangeable Compression
Module (ECM), which allows full change-over in less than 30
minutes. All product contact parts are contained in an ISOLATED
DUST-TIGHT module, which is disconnected and removed from the machine in a
matter of minutes. A second isolated module, cleaned and prepared off-line, can
now be installed and the machine is ready to produce the next batch.

- Exchangeable dust-tight compression module "ECM", containing all product
contact parts and format parts.
- Exchangeable dust-tight charging pipe.
- All interfaces between the ECM and its environment (powder inlet, tablet
outlet, air inlet and dust extraction) allow for contained disconnection,
thanks to the combination of lay-flat tubing and the heat-seal and cut
principle .
- Extremely fast change-over: the ECM is very easy to remove from / re-insert
into the machine. All components are exchanged together as one unit.
- The ECM is a closed system, so there no contamination of the room

- There is no need to clean the inside of the machine. A contaminated ECM can
be cleaned off-line (manually or semi-automatcially) while the MODUL™ S is in
