Our spare parts department employs a dedicated team of experienced people who have an excellent understanding of our customers' requirements and have access to all historical machine archives via data storage systems.
Process Plant Upgrades & Rebuilds
Rather than building a new plant, it is often cost effective to upgrade existing equipment and processes to improve production and meet business challenges.
Project Management
From the moment you have specified your user requirements and until the plant has been put into service and has been qualified, our trained staff stays with you at every step of the process, working in close co-operation with your own staff creating the components and systems that will result in a finished plant.
Training
In order to obtain the best performance from your GEA Pharma Systems Systems equipment various training packages can be provided to ensure our customer's personnel have the best knowledge in maintaining and operating the equipment and can keep it at optimum performance.
Validation Services
Based on years of experience, equipment qualification will be carried out according to an agreed plan using documents prepared by GEA Pharma Systems. Our engineers will contribute to a successful qualification of the equipment in close co-operation with your validation staff.
Plant Rental
As a service to our customers, GEA Pharma Systems offers the possibility of renting pilot scale equipment to aid further development of ideas and products. With this in mind, we offer process equipment which can be delivered anywhere in the World, to meet the development trial requirements of individual companies.
Technology Centres
At our Technology Centre's, our customers can test any unit operation, from lab to pilot scale - you can perform comparative process studies with our skilled operators by testing complete process trains. All processing is optimised by utilising advanced PAT & CIP technology.
